Eligibility:
The referral program (the "Program") is open to individuals who are legal residents of India, aged 18 years or older.
Program Period:
The Program will start on 16th August 2023 and will run indefinitely, until GREEN YIELD FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (herein referred to as the "Company" or "Yield") decides to terminate it at their discretion.
How to Participate:
To participate in the Program, You must: a. Be an existing customer of Yield. b. Recommend the Yield app to friends, family, or acquaintances ("Referrals"). c. Ensure Referrals provide their name and contact details during sign-up and indicate You as the referrer. d. Ensure Referrals meet Yield's eligibility criteria for its services.
Referral Rewards:
A. For every successful referral, both You and the Referred individual may receive a reward. The specific nature or amount of this reward is determined by Yield and may change from time to time. B. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cashed out. C. Rewards will be credited to both You and the Referred individual's account within 48 hours after the Referred individual satisfies the qualifying criteria.
Qualifying Criteria:
Referred individuals must:
A. Be new to Yield. B. Complete the KYC verification and initiate their first transaction of a minimum of INR 100. c. User will be receiving reward with a lock-in period of 100 day. During the lock-in period, user will not be to withdraw the funds earned through referral program but will able to earn the interest. d. User must have to maintain minimum balance of INR 100 for 100 days lock-in period. E. Abide by all eligibility requirements and Yield's terms for the referred services.
Referrer Individual must:
A. Be an existing customer of Yield. B. Ensure the Referred individual uses Your referral code when signing up on the Yield app. C. Receive the reward only after the Referred individual completes their KYC verification and their initial transaction of at least INR 100. D. Be receiving reward with a lock period of 100 day. During the lock-in period, user will not be to withdraw the funds earned through referral program but will able to earn the interest. E. User will be receiving the rewards only if the referred user maintains a minimum balance of INR 100 for 100 days lock-in period.
Referral Limit:
Referrals are initially capped at 500 per person.
Limitation of Liability:
Yield is not responsible for: A. Technical issues, failures, or challenges associated with the Program. B. Any damage or harm to participants' or any other person's device resulting from participation in the Program.
Termination and Modification:
Yield reserves the right to: A. Modify or end the Program at any time without prior notification. B. Disqualify any participant or Referral who doesn't comply with these Terms.
Privacy:
By engaging in the Program, participants give their consent for the collection and use of their personal information in alignment with Yield's Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Disputes related to these Terms will exclusively be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
