Financial Information: We collect bank account details, credit card and/or debit card Information, and details regarding Your payment wallets or other payment instruments. We also collect your PAN card and Aadhar card details.

Payment and billing Information: We collect Your billing name, billing address, and payment method when You subscribe to Our Services.

Information You post: We collect Information You post on Our Platform or on a third-party social media site belonging to Our Platform.

Demographic Information. We collect demographic Information about You, such as Your age, income range, investment preferences, financial goals, and any other relevant Information provided by You during Your interactions with Our Platform. As noted in clause 5.1, You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional email communications from Us. However, You will continue to receive necessary transactional emails until Your account is deleted.

Retaining and Deleting information

This clause outlines Our Information retention policies and procedures, which are established to ensure Our compliance with legal obligations regarding the retention and deletion of Information.

Information processed for any purpose shall not be retained for a period longer than necessary for that specific purpose or purposes.

Any deletion of the Information as required by our Terms of Use(“Terms”) or our partner’s guidelines, will make You ineligible to avail the Services offered on our Platform. Referral Program

In addition to the use of Your Information mentioned in Clause 3, if You choose to participate in Our referral program and refer Our Services to others, We may collect additional Information from You and the referred individuals. The collection and processing of this Information will be governed by the provisions outlined in Clause 3.
